Kazališna zgrada na Trgu Republike Hrvatske sagrađena je 1894-1895. godine prema projektu bečkih arhitekata Fellnera i Helmera. Plasitku pročelja izveli su Weyr i Vogel, unutrašnju dekoraciju i štukature Schmidt i Ruderich, a slikarske kompozicije na stropu Goltz i Kott.

Jednokrilna dvokatna, stambeno-poslovna zgrada, sagrađena oko 1860. godine ističe se četrdesetak metara dugim neogotičkim pročeljem detaljiranim u duhu ranog historicizma.
Sačuvana je prostorna struktura kuće s inkorporiranim dijelovima starijih kuća (barokni svodovi u prizemlju) i karakteristično polukružno stubište s toskanskim stupovima.
